The sessions are conducted by a qualified and trained early childhood professional with many years of experience in the field of education. She has worked as a preschool teacher and as an early childhood interventionist in Singapore.
Prior to that she has taught students at Higher Secondary Level for seven years and worked as a Lecturer for Bachelor Level students for four years in India. Her teaching career began at the age of 18.

Sujata believes that teaching is the work of heart and requires passion and patience.
She uses a child-centered and constructivist approach make learning effective. She understands and addresses the individual needs of each student, and uses scaffolding techniques that motivate her students to tackle more difficult tasks.
