Sujata began teaching my son Vihaan since he was 4 years old. He showed a remarkable improvement in reading and maths within a few months. He is 11 years old now, and has been doing his weekly sessions diligently since the past 7 years! I would like to describe the lessons as engaging and inspiring. My son Vinayak, who is now 7 years old has also been a keen student and an enthusiastic learner, who always looks forward to the sessions. We have been doing the lessons online, as Sujata moved to online sessions since the pandemic began. Initially,we were apprehensive, but to our surprise both our kids have not only thrived but also grasped concepts quicker via the online platform. I suppose having the content displayed on the screen as they work, and seeing the large and sometimes colorful fonts clearly helps them with the understanding.

It has been a pleasure to have Sujata teach my 5 year old son. Sujata has been teaching him English, Hindi and Maths since almost 1.5 yrs and it has been one of the best decisions I have taken for his studies. Sujata's ability to blend in enjoyment with learning,makes the sessions so very fruitful. She has a knack for understanding the child's mood and adapting the class accordingly. We were very lucky and glad we found Ms Sujata who started teaching our older daughter and later our son. Both kids started learning Hindi with absolutely no prior basic command of the language, and in her first exam our daughter scored 91/100. She has taken both our children from no command or interest in the language to great results. Sujata has been teaching Hindi to my 9 year old daughter since over a year. The sessions have been very beneficial to her. Her vocabulary has increased tremenously and her written passages are much more creative and descriptive. This was my first experience attending KIDZEAL session with my daughter and I loved it. My daughter Praahni was enjoying all the activities, especially the music and songs. Ms. Sujata has been teaching our son Vihaan on a weekly basis for 5 months now. . Vihaan had a love for numbers but from the onset of a previous math program that he was enrolled in, he started developing a dislike for numbers. He did learn how to count up to 100 but had no concept of what 100 was. He also did + 1 addition but again he had no idea for addition was. From the very first lesson that Sujata conducted; my wife and I could tell she was very good with children, giving them respect and attention but still being in full control of the session. Not to mention she showed an incredible amount of patience. Our son is 4 years old and like any other 4 year old he will try to push his limits. Sujata gave him the space to indicate to her what he wanted to do and whether he was enjoying something and she adapted the lesson to suit Vihaan's style. To highlight the impact she made in that one session alone, I can share that Vihaan got upset at my wife and I for not letting Sujata stay in our house and teach him everyday! The enthusiasm he showed on that first day has not diminished till today. Today, Vihaan still knows to count to 100 but he now visually knows how much 100 is. He is also learning concepts rather than rote learning and Sujata is concentrating on solidifying his Mathematics fundamentals. Sujata's work with my daughter has been a wonderful 'godsend'. When my daughter was 3.5 years old, she was diagnosed with selective mutism. Particularly in the school setting, we noticed that she would be overcome with anxiety and extreme shyness. She had not spoken to anyone in school for over a year and would refuse to use the restroom at school. With Sujata's work, my daughter has blossomed. She has always been a vibrant personality at home. However, as soon as we approached her school, she would become withdrawn. We are from India and our mother tongue is Hindi. Our son Vihaan was doing Mathematics sessions with Sujata. She had him so enthralled in these sessions that we toyed with the idea of asking her to do Hindi lessons as well. Sujata managed to do what we had not been able to do in the past 2 years. She got Vihaan comfortable in hearing and using Hindi words. Note that my wife talks to the boys only in Hindi and despite this Vihaan sought solace in speaking only in English. Once Vihaan had finished a term at an International School we realized that he was a bit more advanced in English that what he was being taught at school, primarily because reading and writing the alphabet and simple 3 to 4 letter words were taught to him at a local preschool. We found that he was losing an interest in reading, even though he enjoyed being read to. We asked Sujata to switch the language sessions from Hindi to English. She brought the fun back in the language and Vihaan is once again very interested in reading. Not only that he has developed a curiosity which makes him question us on what sound two letters put together make, such as oo, tr, ea etc. Having Sujata tutor our son has also made it enjoyable for us to read to him and have him excitedly point to words that he knows and have a desire to increase his vocabulary and understand what a story is trying to communicate. Again this was done not through rote learning, but through interactive and sometimes even kinesthetic lessons. Vihaan looks forward to his sessions with Sujata every Saturday.

"Sujata has been working with both my children - now aged 4 & 8 for nearly a year. In the first couple of months itself, I could see the magic she created with them . My daughter had done Hindi 'tuitions for more than a year earlier with a lot of crying and sulking and no visible results, but with Sujata, she not only eagerly awaited the class but also started speaking and writing Hindi in barely a couple of months. Sujata has created in her a love for learning the language and the ability to add to her knowledge, through her own explorations. She recently also started doing Maths with Sujata, with similar results. She loves the classes as it activates her curiosity and the hands on exercises that Sujata devises help her understand the application of concepts across many different situations. I have seen her grow in confidence in speaking, reading & writing Hindi at home and dealing with Maths in school.
The story is similar but even more enhanced with my 4 year old. He squeals with delight when he sees Sujata and does not want to leave the room even after he has finished his one hour of Hindi & Maths! He is constantly adding Lego pieces, cusions, chairs, etc at home and his 'homework' is never enough for him. Similar to my daughter, he also has learnt to learn Hindi through his own explorations-asking us the meaning of Hindi words that he hears and asking for the right Hindi words when he wants to express himself.

KIDZEAL has been amazing in terms of it's integrity, values, dedication and level of service but the most appealing thing to me is the creativity involved in the approach.
